  1. I shop at store #125 at 12051 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. This store recently stopped offering Jewish Rye bread and now only offers marbled rye. I now shop at Safeway because they have Jewish Rye bread. Why did Giant make this change?

  2. I shopped at Giant in Lititz, PA. I live in NY. I accidentally left an envelope full of cash at the register. Never did I think I would see it again, but the associate Lauren was kind enough and honest enough to give it to store management. Thanks, Lauren, you saved my vacation! It would have never happened in NY.

  3. I did a curbside pick-up order this morning at the Giant in Shamokin Dam, PA, and McKenna did an excellent job placing my groceries into my car, and a charming young lady too 👍

  4. Hello, I was just at the Giant Food Store in Mount Joy Store #6485 at 5:11 pm today, 08-04-2025. My cashier, Reese, was friendly, efficient, and very productive. It was a pleasant experience. However, my experience at the lunch meet counter was so frustrating, I just left. Two young boys were working who were in desperate need of serious supervision. One person was being waited on, and I was next at #71 on the ticket. It was prolonged; one person was slicing cheese and totally ignored us. The other person went into the walk-in cooler, looking for Angus beef. After a long time, they came out and said to the other guy, “I can’t find it .” The other guy said it’s right there. So he said something and they laughed. Both were lethargic at best, especially the one waiting on customers. I am a regular at Giant and was shocked by the poor quality of help at the Deli counter. As long as those two are back there, I will be shopping somewhere else. I managed the business throughout my entire career and would never have placed a customer service Representative in this position. Thank you for allowing me to vent.
    Sincerely, Mr Val.

  5. I really like the people at the store where I shop; however, I get distraught that this form cannot be completed easily. I am not computer-savvy; however, I would like to recognise the people who work in the store. I figured out how to do it by entering everything I needed to do, only to be told I was in the wrong place. I must have signed into a “sister” store. Have no idea of what that means.!!!!! I wrote this complaint because I believe people need to know they are appreciated in today’s world, but I get frustrated when this happens.

  6. Hi, I just left the store on Cottman Ave. Store #6562. It was the first time I was in that GIANT. I called before I went to see if they had the item I wanted. Lori, the customer service representative, answered the phone. She was very kind and considerate. She had the gentleman Nashier in the meat department. Answer the phone. I told him what I was looking for, and he very kindly asked me to hold on while he checked. He got back on the phone, apologised for the delay, and told me, yes, they do have it, and if I needed more, they had more in the back. There was plenty of it for me to buy. Of course, I walked around the store and left with more items than I went in for. Everyone in the departments I visited was very friendly and polite. I went to check out, and the cashier, whose name is Atavia, was the sweetest, most attentive, kind, and considerate young lady that I had the pleasure of meeting and checking out with. It was also a pleasure shopping at this GIANT. It was the cleanest store that I have ever been in. You can see how much pride they take in keeping the store clean. So from now on it’s my go-to store. Kudos to all the employees at GIANT store #6562.

  7. 1) On my visit to the Kingstowne store in VA on Saturday, October 25, Reggie, who works in the butcher shop, went above and beyond helping me find a cut of meat (and enough of it) for a dinner I’m having. He was kind and funny—love him!!
    2) I also wanted to say that I’m one of the customers who use the scanners whenever I shop at Giant. I really appreciate being able to use them, as they eliminate the need to wait in line at the cashier.
    3) I hope you keep them AND keep maintaining them. I notice that at some stores, my card doesn’t scan, or I have a hard time putting in my phone number. I would be really grateful to be able to continue using them!!
    Thank you!!

  8. This is the second time the PIN on the bottom of the receipt has not been accepted. Please check your system. I just shopped in Giant in Greenbriar Shopping Centre, and the PIN won’t work! Very frustrating.

    1. Sorry for the trouble and for the late response. Make sure that you enter the exact PIN. Also, make sure you enter the survey website within 5 days of receipt. Thank you – regards.

  9. Went to Giant in Cleona, Pa. What a pain in the ass to get lunch meat: one lady to help everyone, and three other guys standing around doing nothing. Asked a red-headed man with a beard and glasses for help, and he said he was busy. I said, ” Doing what? Just looked at me and walked away. Got sick of waiting and left without purchasing anything! What a jerk!

  10. Giant is my go-to grocery store; I go there every other day. People treat the customer like a first-class customer (that’s my opinion).

  11. Steph at the self-checkout area is the best! She is always there to help and goes above and beyond her duties to make shopping at Giant in Cleona a pleasant experience. She’s very knowledgeable and caring toward her customers. I appreciate all she does!

  12. I have shopped at the Giant in Coopersburg, PA, for many years. I appreciate the customer service team, especially the manager, Tom. He is always right on any problem we might have, and his friendly manner solves any issue. Just a Hi from him, even as we walk by, is greatly appreciated and makes shopping at Giant a pleasure. The store is neat and clean. Asking where an item might be is usually answered by being taken to the aisle. Giant is our favourite place to shop.

  13. Your survey won’t allow me to enter. Says I have shopped somewhere else. Can’t have a receipt with code if I shopped somewhere else!!!!!!!!
