I shop at store #125 at 12051 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. This store recently stopped offering Jewish Rye bread and now only offers marbled rye. I now shop at Safeway because they have Jewish Rye bread. Why did Giant make this change?
I shopped at Giant in Lititz, PA. I live in NY. I accidentally left an envelope full of cash at the register. Never did I think I would see it again, but the associate Lauren was kind enough and honest enough to give it to store management. Thanks, Lauren, you saved my vacation! It would have never happened in NY.
I did a curbside pick-up order this morning at the Giant in Shamokin Dam, PA, and McKenna did an excellent job placing my groceries into my car, and a charming young lady too 👍
Hello, I was just at the Giant Food Store in Mount Joy Store #6485 at 5:11 pm today, 08-04-2025. My cashier, Reese, was friendly, efficient, and very productive. It was a pleasant experience. However, my experience at the lunch meet counter was so frustrating, I just left. Two young boys were working who were in desperate need of serious supervision. One person was being waited on, and I was next at #71 on the ticket. It was prolonged; one person was slicing cheese and totally ignored us. The other person went into the walk-in cooler, looking for Angus beef. After a long time, they came out and said to the other guy, “I can’t find it .” The other guy said it’s right there. So he said something and they laughed. Both were lethargic at best, especially the one waiting on customers. I am a regular at Giant and was shocked by the poor quality of help at the Deli counter. As long as those two are back there, I will be shopping somewhere else. I managed the business throughout my entire career and would never have placed a customer service Representative in this position. Thank you for allowing me to vent.
Sincerely, Mr Val.
